THE ROLE

You will be involved in all elements of hands-on function work, from setup, service and pack-down of functions and events while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational standards. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating food and beverage service, liaising with kitchen and management teams and ensuring all event requirements are delivered accurately. The position requires leadership, organisation, communication and problem-solving skills to ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully.

This is a casual role, with real potential for ongoing hours as we grow. Whether you're a seasoned bar professional or a talented up-and-comer ready to step up, we want to hear from you.

YOU ARE

• A confident, personable functions supervisor with a genuine passion for the events space.
• Reliable, energetic, and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
• Holder of a current RSA certification (mandatory).
• Someone who takes pride in their presentation and their work.
• Available for casual shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
