We are looking for a best-in-class HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This role will provide the opportunity to demonstrate the breadth of your HR skills and capability through exposure to a range of activities and teams across Suncorp.

What You Will Do

Contribute to the design and implementation of the future state workforce via project and initiative deliveryProvide advice to senior executives Drive change through talent planning, change management and people risk identification and mitigationWork fluidly around problems, initiatives, and projects to rapidly deploy solutions for ever-shifting demandsAnalyse and use data to identify trends and emerging issues and opportunitiesMaintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related field is desirable5+ years in fast-paced HR business partner role Experience in a large/complex organisation highly desirablePrevious experience across project management and organisational changeAbility to understand and define a business/people opportunity then design and deliver effective people solutionsAbility to develop trusted relationships quickly and connect with othersProblem solving, identifying innovative and strategic solutionsHigh degree of adaptability and learning agilitySuperior organisational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage AI tools such as Co-pilot
