We are looking for a Yardperson with experience handling heavy steel to join our fabrication workshop in Naval Base. An immediate start is available.

Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to:

·         Safely load and unload trucks and site deliveries

·         Handle, move and stack steel beams and plates with overhead crane support

·         Support the safe movement of heavy steel materials via rollers and overhead cranes

·         Carry out general yard duties and maintain a clean, organized work environment

·         Consistently adhere to OHS, safety, and quality procedures

Who We’re Looking For:

·         Experienced in handling heavy steel in a yard or fabrication setting

·         Confident operating overhead cranes and moving heavy materials safely

·         Valid driver’s licence required; High Risk Work Licences (Forklift & DG) a plus

·         Strong team player with clear communication skills

·         Committed to health, safety, and quality on every task

·         Physically fit and ready to get hands-on

·         Reliable, follows instructions and takes pride in doing the job right
