Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively as part of a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care.Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families.Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, service policies and child safety practices.Complete observations and contribute to children's learning documentation.Communicate effectively with families regarding children's learning and wellbeing.Support the implementation of Montessori principles throughout daily practice.
About You
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).Current Working with Children Check.First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and EYLF.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A genuine passion for early childhood education.Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.A commitment to providing exceptional care and learning experiences for every child.
