The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join our Health Services team in Northgate, QLD.

Manage and grow customer relationships through proven strategies that drive retention, satisfaction and sales growthHandle customer service requests through Salesforce CRMAchieve first call resolution to maximise efficiency and customer satisfactionProcess pricing queries and escalate for compliance and approvalInvestigate, log and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive outcomesMonitor and record inbound and outbound call and email activity

About You

Previous experience in a customer service or sales roleProven ability to manage complaints and resolve customer issues effectivelyStrong communication and negotiation skillsCalm under pressure and able to handle a fast-paced environmentSalesforce CRM experience is a bonus — not essentialIntermediate Excel skills
