As one of the most trusted agencies in the Inner City we are looking for a highly energised person to run our Residential Property Inspections. We can offer the successful candidate the potential for career growth into Property Management, Sales or Business Development within the company.

What you will be responsible for:

• Communicating via phone and email with tenants to book in inspections and providing feedback

• Completing regular Routine Inspections  - pick up on maintenance and minor improvements to properties

• Learning programs to make your job easier

• Scheduling and completing routine inspections

• Other administration duties

Desired Skills and Experience

• The ideal candidate will be pro-active and capable of coordinating their day to day duties working amongst a team of specialists. You will have:

• Daily use of your own car

• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to be an excellent team player

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Reliable and looking for longevity 

• Passionate about developing your real estate career

• Reliable car and valid open driver’s license
