Bettergrow offer a range of practical solutions for a variety of organic, composted and processed recycled products suitable for beneficial re-use in a diversity of markets. Products managed by Bettergrow include drilling slurries, biosolids, garden organics, food waste, grease trap waste, etc.

We are currently seeking an Attendant to join our Bettergrow team based out of our Wallsend site. This is a casual role working predominately Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Directing customers on site

• Ensuring customer loads do not contain contamination

• Marking off weighbridge tickets

To succeed in this role you will possess:

• A current licence

• Strong verbal communication skills

• The ability to work independently and as a team member

• The ability to work in a safe manner and ensure safe work practices

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric and drug and alcohol testing.
