The Opportunity

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated and talented Accountant to join our close-knit team in Brighton. In this role, you will manage your own client portfolio, contribute directly to their business and personal success, and work in an environment where your expertise is valued, and your career growth is supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own client portfolio, building trusted and long-term relationships

• Liaise directly with clients to provide timely, practical, and professional advice

• Prepare year-end tax compliance reports and financial statements

• Work with the ATO on behalf of clients to ensure compliance and positive outcomes

• Respond to client queries promptly with clear, insightful communication

• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and deliver exceptional service

About You

We are looking for an accountant who is not only technically capable but also personable and committed to client success.

You will bring:

• Minimum two years’ industry experience in accounting or taxation

• Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions

• A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving

• Experience with Xero (XPM) (advantageous but not essential)

• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a supportive culture
