General Manager

The Ghanem Group is experiencing growth with new venues and we are seeking to expand our Senior Management team and welcome applicants for General Manager positions across Brisbane. 

The Role

This role plays a key part of the day to day operations, you will lead from the front, ensure and maintain strong operational standards while delivering on exceptional guest experiences. 

• Create a culture where the team feels safe, valued and enjoys coming to work. 

• Deliver game changing customer experiences 

• Managing financial performance including forecasting, P&L accountability and cost controls 

• Ensuring compliance with Work Health & Safety and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience and operational knowledge in a leadership role within a multi venue - high volume premium venue 

• Confident leading teams in fast-paced environments

• Experience with systems such as SevenRooms, Now Book It, Triple Seat (or similar)

• Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of labour and cost control

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Ability to build culture and lead from the front
