Baker Wanted ASAP, Full-Time, fast growing established bakery over 15yrs old

We are a well-established family bakery in the Chirnside Park / Lilydale area, with over 18 years in the community and a loyal customer base who know and love our products.

We are GROWING and looking for an experienced full-time Baker to join our team NOW

About the role

You will be involved in day-to-day bakery production, helping create quality products that customers come back for. This role would suit a baker who is reliable, organised, hands-on and takes genuine pride in consistency, presentation, quality and doing things well.

About you

You may be a great fit for this role if you:

- Have previous baking experience and/or relevant baking qualifications

- Hold formal baking qualifications such as a Certificate III in Baking or equivalent

- Are passionate about your craft and take pride in what you make

- Enjoy creating high-quality products customers genuinely love

- Are comfortable working in a busy production environment

- Can work at pace while still maintaining consistency and care

- Understand the importance of food safety, cleanliness and safe work practices

- Are reliable, punctual and organised

- Work well as part of a small, supportive team

- Are comfortable with early starts/late nights

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with full working rights in Australia.
