Music Retail Assistant | Specialist Instrument Store | Tempest Music

The Music Retail Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers with musical instruments, accessories and product enquiries. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the store while helping create a welcoming environment for students, teachers and musicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone

• Assist customers with instrument and accessory selection

• Support sales and rental enquiries

• Process sales transactions accurately

• Maintain store presentation and displays

• Develop product knowledge and assist with demonstrations

• Work collaboratively as part of the Tempest team

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Organised, reliable and proactive

• Strong interest in music and ability to play a musical instrument preferred

• Retail experience highly regarded
