Lighting Sales Specialist

This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with strong lighting product knowledge and retail market experience who wants to apply that expertise directly with customers primarily front desk, with support in our showroom, and handling technical and sales enquiries via email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing expert guidance on lighting products
• Answer technical questions about product specifications, installation, compatibility, and usage in person, by phone, and via email
• Respond to sales enquiries and follow up on leads through email in a timely, professional manner
• Drive and motivate sales performance, working toward individual and team targets
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable lighting solutions
• Stay up to date on our product lines, new arrivals, and the retail lighting market
• Support showroom setup, organisation, and product display, including during opening/closing
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Serve as a go-to resource for technical lighting questions across the sales team

Experience:

• Strong experience with lighting products and the retail lighting market (required)
• 2–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling technical product enquiries by email and phone
• Strong organisational abilities and confident communication
• Familiarity with e-commerce/retail software is a plus
