Senior UiPath developer

Role – Senior UiPath DeveloperLocation: Sydney / MelbourneType : Contract
Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior UiPath Developer to join the team and support the development, enhancement, and delivery of automation solutions using the UiPath platform. The role requires strong hands-on UiPath experience, the ability to work independently, and the capability to guide and mentor junior team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath.Work with UiPath solutions including IXP, Test Automation, Coding Agents, and related capabilities.Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.Troubleshoot and enhance existing automation workflows.Work independently on assigned projects and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Manage, guide, and mentor junior UiPath developers.Follow best practices for development, testing, documentation, and deployment of UiPath solutions.
Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath.Strong experience developing and implementing UiPath automation solutions.Proficiency with UiPath IXP, Test Automation, Coding Agents, and related UiPath solutions.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
