Totally Workwear Mildura is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, providing practical solutions and delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist tradespeople, local businesses and members of the community in finding the right workwear, safety footwear, uniforms, PPE and accessories for their needs.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, professional and personalised customer service

• Assisting customers with workwear, footwear, uniforms, PPE and accessories

• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products

• Processing sales, returns and customer orders accurately

• Building strong relationships with customers and local businesses

• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and merchandising

• Receiving, replenishing and organising stock

• Assisting with stock control, customer orders and general store operations

• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals

• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming store environment

Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, workwear, footwear or safety products will be highly regarded but is not essential. Training and product knowledge will be provided to the successful applicant.

Availability

This is a full-time position. The successful applicant must be available to work across the store’s operating hours.

Weekend availability is essential, with regular weekend work included as part of the roster.
