We’re now looking for a talented conveyancer to join our growing team.

• Drafting documents including Contracts of Sale of retail and residential property and business, Commercial Leases, and a variety of other property transactions

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders

• Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices within the legal industry

• Collaborating closely with the wider team to deliver efficient, high-quality legal services

• Minimum 2 years’ property experience, managing your own files within a legal environment

• Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• A proactive, practical and solution - oriented approach to legal challenges

• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service

• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
