Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of products along with exceptional selling skills and recommendations

• Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service

• Build and develop a strong client database and maintain good relationships with clients

• Assist Assistant/Boutique Manager on the management of the boutique’s security issues and preparation of sales reports and analysis

• Assist the Boutique Manager and/or Assistant Boutique Manager by providing support to ensure the efficient operation of the boutique

• Responsible for stock management, traffic count and boutique maintenance, ensuring the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times

• Act as a Brand Ambassador upon appointment

• Contribute and participate actively in Brand-related events

• Induct and guide new joiners

• Processing of credit card & cash payments

• Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system

• Attend sales meeting with internal stakeholders

• Proactively contribute suggestions for in-store activations and sales strategies to drive traffic and sales to the boutique

• Strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures and security SOPs

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with a luxury retailer.

• Desirable prior experience in high-end fashion, jewellery or watch industry.

• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

• Strong digital literacy skills, adept at efficiently using retail systems and platforms.

• Meticulous attention to detail, leaving no aspect unattended.
