About the role

Wines of While is seeking motivated cooks and chefs to help grow and push our small team forward. You will work in a small, tight kitchen team on a 3-4-day roster with day and night shifts. The role offers opportunities to develop professionally in a reputable restaurant that sources local, farm-sourced produce and follows Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a frequently changing seasonal menu.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to manage the day to day, organising yourself and others

• Work with smaller, quality driven producers and meet real farmers

• Contribute to making bread, butter, charcuterie and help expand these offerings

• Cook with local, farm-sourced produce

• Bring your own skills and knowledge to the small team to learn more, share more and develop further
