An opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced hands-on Finance / Administration Officer to undertake the financial and administration duties for the Club.

The Club operates a licensed venue with food, beverage, functions and gaming operations, 

Reporting to the General Manager and working with the management team, the key role requirements are;

· Ability to generate accurate and timely daily banking through end of month balance sheet, profit and loss, KPIs and other reports

· Preparation of budgets and cashflows

· Maintain internal controls and processes

· Maintain and process – payroll, debtors, members accounts, creditors, cash books, general ledger reconciliations and fixed assets

· Daily receipts reconciliations and banking procedures

· Preparation of other reports and reconciliations as required such as BAS and IAS, workers compensation, superannuation, payroll tax, gaming and stock

· Other administration duties as required

· Enthusiasm and drive

· Good communication and written skills

· Flexibility to tackle various duties

The Club uses Xero as their financial software
