You’ll work across all sections of the kitchen, build foundational skills, and gain nationally recognised qualifications while earning.

• Food preparation across multiple stations

• Assisting chefs during service

• Learning core techniques including knife skills, stock making, sauces, and plating

• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards

• Supporting inventory and daily prep lists

• A genuine interest in cooking and hospitality

• Previous kitchen or relevant hospitality experience

• Reliability, resilience, and a willingness to learn

• Ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and split shifts

• A valid driver’s licence — due to varied hours and transport requirements

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Mentorship from qualified chefs

• Real kitchen experience in a supportive environment

• Nationally recognised training in Commercial Cookery

• Flexible part‑time hours while you study
