We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Officer to join our Head Office team in Para Hills West. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding service experiences.

About the Role

As a Guest Experience Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction through:

• High-volume inbound and outbound service booking calls
• Promoting campaigns, incentives, and special offers
• Service reminders and post-service follow-up calls
• Accurate data entry and database maintenance

You will ideally possess:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner
• A genuine passion for customer service and building relationships
• High levels of motivation and the ability to work towards targets
• Previous experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Previous call centre or customer service experience (highly regarded)
• Automotive dealership experience (highly regarded)
