Boutique Sales Stylist - Weekend Casual

At Mabel and Woods, we're more than just a boutique. We believe getting dressed should make women feel confident, comfortable and feel like the very best version of themselves.

We're looking for an experienced Fashion Sales Superstar and Stylist, who understands that every woman walks into a fitting room with a different story. Someone who listens first, understands body confidence, and knows how to style women in a way that makes them leave feeling incredible.

We need someone who:

* Has proven experience styling women across different ages, shapes and sizes.

* You're commercial savvy - you don't just create beautiful outfits, you know how to guide customers to the right purchase, build complete looks and confidently close the sale.

* You can read a customer in minutes and know exactly what will suit her and have the confidence to recommend, style and sell.

* Is confident working in a fast-paced boutique environment styling, processing online orders, serving customers and ‘doing the dance’.

* Has a great eye for fashion, fit, trends and putting head to toe outfits together.

* Is warm, positive, reliable and thrives as part of a close-knit team.

* Has experience with POS systems, processing online orders, stock control and customer service

* Keeping our boutique looking beautiful and inspiring.

The role:

* Weekend availability is essential, plus the opportunity for additional hours during busy periods and occasional cover on weekdays.

* 6-12 hours/week

* POS and all training provided but experienced fashion sales stylists only need apply
