As an Operational Services Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting high-quality patient care by ensuring pathology specimens are collected, managed and prepared accurately and efficiently. Every day brings variety as you work with patients, clinicians and laboratory teams to help deliver timely and reliable diagnostic services that make a real difference to health outcomes. Whether you're providing compassionate customer service, handling specimens with precision or supporting essential laboratory processes, your contribution is valued and directly impacts patient care.
