RC/AC Driller

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced RC/AC Driller to join our team at Fox Drilling, a small but highly regarded drilling company in the mining industry. As an RC/AC Driller, you will play a vital role in our drilling operations, helping to support the exploration and development of mineral resources in the Perth, WA 6000 region.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain RC/AC drilling rigs to industry standards and safely complete drilling programs

• Assist with the set-up and pack-up of drilling equipment on site

• Collect and handle drill samples in accordance with quality control procedures

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Collaborate with the drilling team to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues

• Maintain detailed records of drilling activities and progress

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (3+ years) as an RC/AC Driller in the mining industry

• Strong technical skills and understanding of RC/AC drilling rigs and associated equipment

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality control

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's licence and experience operating light vehicles and four-wheel drives

• Must hold a current MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence

• Australian work rights are required for this position
