We're looking for an ambitious and energetic Territory Manager / Sales Rep to join our growing Victorian team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of Australia's most recognised family-owned pie brands while developing your career within a supportive and high-performing business.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the National Account Manager and forming part of the National Sales Team, you will maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across Victorian foodservice and retail customers, including independent supermarkets and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.

• Expand distribution and increase market penetration across your territory.

• Build strong relationships with retailers, foodservice operators and key customers.

• Execute sales strategies, promotional programs and business initiatives.

• Analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities within your customer base.

• Ensure strong in-store execution, merchandising and shelf presence.

• Represent Ivan's at industry trade shows, events and exhibitions.

• Manage and grow an established territory.

• Report on sales performance and business development activities.

About You

Key Requirements:

• You're motivated by results, enjoy working independently and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proven sales experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or hospitality industries.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage a territory independently and deliver on sales targets.

• Confidence using technology, sales systems and reporting tools.

• Current driver’s license and flexibility for travel across Victoria and potentially interstate.
