We're looking for a motivated and technically minded Service Engineer / Technical Specialist to join our growing Australian team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and building expertise across enterprise software, cloud technologies, integrations, and digital transformation solutions.

Rather than being limited to a traditional support role, you'll work across customer implementations and technical consulting, giving you broad exposure to a wide range of technologies and industries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install, configure, test, and deploy ELO ECM and workflow automation solutions.

• Work directly with customers to design, implement and optimise business solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, database, infrastructure, and integration issues.

• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Support customers and channel partners with technical enquiries and best-practice recommendations.

• Collaborate closely with consulting, project, and customer success teams.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles.

• Participate in solution design and technical innovation initiatives.

About You

To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in a technical support, implementation, systems engineering, or technical consulting.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Understanding of enterprise applications, networking, security, and databases.

• Experience working with Windows and/or Linux server environments.

• Knowledge of virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Citrix, or Hyper-V.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or modern container technologies.

Highly Regarded Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly advantageous:

• Windows and Linux administration

• Apache Tomcat, IIS, Microsoft SQL and PostgreSQL

• Microsoft Azure, AWS and cloud infrastructure technologies

• REST APIs, web services, and enterprise system integrations

• Cloud, hybrid and multi-cloud environments

• Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management or workflow automation platforms
