Production Team Member

King Springs leads the way in the design and manufacture of advanced progressive rate automotive coil springs with both variable pitch and tapered wire forms. 

King Springs service all sectors of the automotive market including passenger, commercial and Four Wheel Drive vehicles and various Motorsport categories including circuit, rally, speedway and off-road racing.

• King Springs was established in 1956 on Queensland's Gold Coast.
   

• Our complex comprises of three adjoining factories spanning 8000 square metres.
   

• Administration, manufacturing and warehousing all function from this one location employing over 80 people.

The Position:

King Springs is expanding and are looking for a Production team member in our Production Department.  The successful applicant will be responsible for duties within the Production Department.

We are seeking a hard working, physically fit, reliable person who shows attention to detail.

The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

• High level of attention to Work, Health and Safety obligations is required

• Good communicator and team worker

• Current Forklift licence is an advantage

The inherent physical requirements of the position include:

• Physically fit

• Regularly lifting up to 20kgs

• Lifting between ground and chest height

• Repetitive squatting, bending, twisting

• Working overhead at times

• Standing for prolonged periods

• Working in a hot environment

Hours:

Hours on offer are : 

Monday to Friday

38 hrs + per week

The position on offer is CASUAL however for the right candidate a permanent role may be offered after a probation period.

Short-listed applicants will be required to attend and PASS a Medical/Drug & Alcohol test and complete a Strict Physical Fitness assessment as part of the application process.
