MNC Hydro Clean is the Mid North Coast's highest-rated exterior cleaning business, with 150+ five-star reviews and the 2026 Business NSW Port Macquarie Business Award for Cleaning and Property Maintenance. We're hiring a full-time Technician to join the crew.

You'll be out on site every day: house washing, roof treatments, pressure cleaning driveways and commercial sites. Your job is to keep jobs moving efficiently and make sure every client's property is left looking better than we found it.

You don't need prior exterior cleaning experience. We'll train you properly on professional equipment, products, and techniques from day one. What we can't train is showing up, carrying yourself professionally, and taking genuine pride in the result.

About you

• You hold yourself to a high standard without needing someone to check your work

• You show up on time and take initiative when something needs doing

• You're comfortable with physical outdoor work in all conditions

• Current driver's licence

• Outdoor or trade experience (landscaping, painting, building maintenance) is a bonus, not a requirement
