About the role
As one of the Lactation Consultants in our Breastfeeding Support Service team, you'll provide specialist breastfeeding education, guidance and support to women and families, empowering them to achieve their infant feeding goals with confidence. This is a varied and rewarding role in a fast-paced community health environment where you'll use your clinical judgement, initiative and teamwork to deliver high-quality care. You'll also have access to ongoing professional development, opportunities to expand your expertise, and the support of your Team Leader when navigating complex situations.
