Hodges McGrath Rye is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our friendly and professional team on either a full time or part time basis.

• Previous property management experience

• A current Agent's Representative Certificate

• A reliable motor vehicle and current driver's licence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• The ability to work efficiently within a busy team environment

• A professional and proactive approach to client service
