Allroad Group is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Sydney Traffic Operations team.

With major new projects commencing in September, this is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in delivering high-profile traffic control works across Sydney.

You will join an experienced team and work closely with the Traffic Manager, Allocations, Planning, clients and field crews to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and upcoming traffic control bookings

• Allocate labour, vehicles, and equipment

• Maintain accurate job information in Traffio Scheduling software

• Verify Permits and TGS requirements and coordinate with Planning

• Communicate with clients and field teams

• Conduct site inspections and operational audits

• Support urgent works, incidents and service delivery issues

• Assist with major events and complex projects

About you

You already understand traffic control operations and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

• Experience in traffic operations, service delivery, scheduling or allocations

• Sound knowledge of traffic control and TGS requirements

• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills

• Confidence coordinating multiple jobs and competing priorities

• Experience with Traffio or a similar software system

• A current unrestricted Driver’s Licence and White Card
