You will be hardworking and enthusiastic, responsible for managing projects from start to finish, leading the site and office team to deliver successful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.

• Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are run within the set deadlines & budget limitations

• Manage all facets of procurement and subcontractor management via Jointly's management platform - Procore

• Preparation of detailed construction programmes

• Provide leadership to a team of contract & project administrators.

• Liaise with clients and architects to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Previous Experience

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Government and Private project experience

• Technically complex projects with Design & Construct focus

• Good working knowledge of Procore & MS Project

• 3-7 years of commercial construction project management experience is required

Relevant tertiary qualifications well regarded
