Joining a team of professionals that embrace teamwork, this position is an ideal role for a credit analyst who is looking to develop their business lending credit skills and knowledge.

Located in the Western suburbs, the successful applicant will:

• Review business and company financials and make credit recommendations 
  
• Prepare credit submissions for new and existing commercial customers and dealerships
  
• Assess credit applications and make recommendations assisting customers to comply with lending policies
  
• Complete annual reviews on loan facilities 
  
• Amend lending facilities and prepare special arrangements for complex deals
  
• Work with the wholesale team and sales division to mitigate lending risks and portfolio exposure
  
• Update customer information and ensure all renewal of facilities are completed prior to contract expiration 
  
• Preparation of security documents 
  
• Work with wholesale team and dealerships to manage floorplan facilities
  

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you must have:

• Experience working in a retail or commercial lending environment
  
• Knowledge of credit policies and practices, preferably from a consumer or business lending environment
  
• Ability to interpret financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheet)
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong time management skills
  
• Understanding of compliance obligations including NCC, PPSR, ASIC Act and ACL
