Gardener - Team Leader & Gardening Team Members

Team Leader and Team Members Required.

We are seeking an experienced team leader/gardener for the role of Team leader to supervise a team of 2-3 gardeners. Casual position (38 hours per week). Opportunity for role to become full time for the right applicant. Happy for candidate to start in January 2026.

We look after residential, body corporate and commercial properties around Canberra & Qbyn. Job tasks include mowing, weeding, trimming and other general garden maintenance tasks.

The team leader will need to lead by example, and this is a very hands on role. Must be able to liaise with customers as required.

Must be reliable, hardworking and be a team player. 

Hourly rate negotiable on experience.

Work vehicle supplied.

Team Members: We are also seeking experienced, trustworthy and hard working individuals to join our teams of gardeners. Job tasks include mowing, weeding, trimming and other general garden maintenance tasks. Casual position (35+ hours per week). Hourly rate negotiable on experience.

 Must have own transport to meet at Hume

We promote a strong work/life balance and currently work (Mon-Thur) allowing for a 3 day weekend (subject to weather/public holidays)

Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People card required upon commencement of employment.
