Chefs of All Levels — Mountain Culture Melbourne

Our Melbourne kitchen is up and running — now we're levelling it up. We're after good chefs to join the team, from Commis through to Senior Chef de Partie.

Mountain Culture started as a small crew in the Blue Mountains chasing better beer and better food to go with it. That same energy runs the kitchen at our Richmond venue, and we're growing the team to match. If you've got the skills but not the title yet, or you've got years in and want more responsibility on a busy pass, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Cooking food that matches the beer — punchy, well-made, no fluff. You'll work across sections, help keep the menu sharp, hold your own on a busy service, and take pride in a clean, well-run kitchen. More senior chefs will also mentor the newer crew and help set the standard.

Who we're after

- Chefs at any level — Commis, Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie. 

- Someone who works clean, moves fast under pressure, and actually likes being in a kitchen

- A team player who backs the rest of the crew, not just their own section

- Current food safety certs (or willing to get them)

- Weekend and evening availability — this is hospitality, we know what that means
