Strata Manager

We're looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join our team.

You'll be responsible for managing a mixed Owners Corporation portfolio while building trusted relationships with committees, owners and contractors. You'll work closely with an experienced team who are committed to delivering exceptional service and supporting one another.

• Previous experience managing an Owners Corporation portfolio

• Sound knowledge of Victorian Owners Corporation legislation

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
