Rockfield Painting is a locally owned, family-run painting business known for high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and treating our clients’ homes with respect.

We don’t compete on being the cheapest — we compete on being the best.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for:

• Qualified & experienced painters

• Potential team leaders / leading hands

• Consistent, steady work (no bouncing between employers)

• Standard Hours: 7am–3pm

• No weekend or public holiday work (unless you want it)

• $40–$50 p/hour + Super (depending on your skills)

• Local work – Brisbane Southside, Bayside & Redlands

• Plastering, preparation, and repairs

• Trade qualified or solid hands-on experience

• Pride in your finish and prep work

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience leading or mentoring others (or ready to step up)

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Ability to maintain quality and client confidence on site
