Your Way, Your Wellness, is a provider delivering support to people with mental illness, complex behaviors and other psychosocial disabilities across Geelong and surrounding towns.

We are seeking flexible, reliable & committed mental health support workers who are passionate about supporting people to achieve greater independence, stability and quality of life. We're committed to making a meaningful difference through compassionate, respectful, and person-centred care.

In the role you'll play an important role in supporting participants with activities of daily living, building independence, community access, routine, wellbeing, and implementation of individual support plans. Applicants must be available to work across Monday to Sundays, including morning, evening and weekend shifts.

This is a highly relational role that requires experience with psychosocial disabilities and mental health care, emotional intelligence, consistency, sound judgement, and a genuine commitment to participant-centred support.

Mandatory Requirements:

• A Certificate III or IV in Disability Support Work or a similar qualification in the field are desirable. Additionally, 12+ months experience working with complex/challenging behaviors

• NDIS worker’s screening check 

• Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance 

• Australian drivers licence 

• Working with Children’s Check 

• Current first aid certificate & Current CPR (annual) 

• National police check
