This is a leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of our construction operations across the region.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a team of Site Supervisors

• Overseeing residential new home builds from commencement through to completion

• Driving construction programs, productivity, quality and cost outcomes

• Monitoring project performance and ensuring builds remain on schedule

• Supporting Site Supervisors with complex construction, trade and client matters

• Building strong relationships with trades, subcontractors and key suppliers

• Ensuring consistent construction standards, processes and accountability across all projects

• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, efficiencies and overall construction performance

• Working closely with the senior leadership and office teams to achieve business objectives

• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and customer experience

We're looking for an experienced construction leader who can balance people leadership, commercial awareness and strong construction knowledge.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Senior Construction Manager or similar leadership role within residential construction

• Strong knowledge of residential new home construction

• Experience leading and developing Site Supervisors

• Excellent understanding of construction programming, sequencing and trade management

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• The ability to drive accountability while building positive relationships

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A strong focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes

• QBCC Builder — Low Rise or relevant licensing/qualification
