About the role
Join a market-leading, design-led business within the global Roca Group
Be part of an innovative, award-winning international portfolio of brands
Strong opportunity for career progression and ongoing professional development
The Company
Phoenix creates bathroom and kitchen fittings through refined Australian design. For over 30 years, we’ve been trusted to deliver innovation, precision, and quality in every product - designed in-house and made with pride for a timeless experience in the home.
As part of the global Roca Group, Phoenix sits within a world-leading network of bathroom innovation and design. This connection brings global scale, capability, and product strength, while allowing us to maintain a distinctive local brand presence in the Australian market.
Following the integration of Johnson Suisse into the Roca Group portfolio, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth. This brings together two established and complementary brands, expanding our product offering and strengthening our position across residential, commercial, and trade channels.
This role will play a key part in driving growth across both the Phoenix and Johnson Suisse portfolios, supporting customers with a broader, more competitive product range and enhanced project solutions.
As we continue to strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow customer partnerships, identify new opportunities, and deliver strong commercial outcomes across Western Australia.
The Role
Due to the expansion of our team nationally, we are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Western Australia team. This is a dynamic, field-based role focused on developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships across a diverse customer base.
You will work across developers, commercial builders, volume home builders, plumbing merchants, architects, and interior designers, promoting both the Phoenix and Johnson Suisse product portfolios.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored product and project solutions. You will be confident presenting to decision-makers, proactive in your approach, and motivated by achieving results in a competitive environment.

Resilient, results-driven, and motivated by achieving sales targets
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse customer base
