Assistant property manager

About the role

As an Assistant Property Manager at Raine and Horne Ingleburn, you will play a crucial role in managing the leasing and property management portfolio. This full-time position is based in Ingleburn, NSW 2565, and will see you working closely with landlords and tenants and property managers to ensure a seamless leasing experience.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively market and promote available rental properties to prospective tenants

• Conduct property inspections and liaise with landlords to understand their requirements

• Process rental applications, conduct tenant reference checks, and facilitate the signing of leases

• Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's property management system

• Collaborate with the broader property management team to deliver a high-quality service

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a similar property leasing or real estate role

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in using property management software and databases

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
