Floor Finisher

W13 PROJECTS PTY LTDSeeking an experienced Floor Finisher to join a growing Adelaide‑based team. The role involves installation, finishing, repair, and maintenance of various flooring materials across residential and commercial sites.

 BenefitsTask & responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

Floor preparation — surface levelling, moisture checks, removal of old flooring

Material installation — timber, laminate, vinyl, hybrid, carpet tiles, epoxy, marble finish.

Sanding and polishing — operation of sanding machines, applying stains and sealants

Repairs and maintenance — patching, replacing damaged sections, refinishing

Use of tools and machinery — sanders, cutters, adhesives, measuring tools

Site safety compliance — following WHS standards, hazard identification

Client communication — discussing job requirements, providing updates, ensuring quality outcomes

Mandatory Requirements

White Card — valid General Construction Induction Card

Experience — minimum 1 to 3 years in flooring installation or finishing

Physical capability — ability to lift materials, operate machinery, work on knees for extended periods

Driver’s licence — preferred for travel between job sites

Work quality standards — attention to detail, ability to deliver high‑finish results
