Fulfillment and Application Support

You will be reporting directly to the Fulfilment Manager where you will provide fulfilment and applications support on the key data/warehouse/automation functions to internal and external stakeholders. Performing time critical tasks in the most efficient manner in line with agreed standards in operational procedures. This role may also require working across multiple operational functions when needed.

Fulfilment & Applications Support Officer may also perform any duties or functions that are ancillary to the business operations

GENERAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Fulfillment and Application Support may perform all or any combination of generic functions including, but not limited to, the following:

● Support daily warehouse operations via the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to client service level

agreements.

● Collaborate with operational leaders on opportunities for additional client volume.

● Manage key data structures in WMS (e.g. product attributes and packaging information)

● Manage and correct freight carrier data rejections and provide data to carriers in a timely manner.

● Lodge daily shipments with carriers without any delays.

● Review and investigate data integration reports for customers

● Action automated error alerts for issues relating to orders, item masters and receipt files

● Assist with multi-site automation functions and/or projects

● Assist internal stakeholders with daily shipment support.

● Manage and generate international consignments and carrier manifests

● Support weekend shifts and after hours as required during peak and off peak.

● Work as a team to achieve daily results through planning and coordinating with others

● Identify, evaluate and develop business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES

Secondary: Year 12 Certificate of Education or a bachelors degree preferred

Tertiary/T.A.F.E: Undergraduate degree in Data Analytics or IT is preferred but not essential.

Drivers Licence (car);

Other: Intermediate computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Warehouse

Management Systems exposure and experience
