We are looking for a skilled Estimator/Scheduler to join our growing business, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Estimator/Scheduler with experience in the residential construction industry to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Produce accurate costings

• Reading and interpreting building plans & specifications

• Calculating and ordering materials for timber framed homes 

• Collaborating with our drafting, manufacturing and construction departments as well as suppliers to assist with any queries

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ Estimating/Scheduling experience in the residential building industry.

• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

• Strong organisation & time management skills, & ability to work under pressure.

• Be reliable, professional & a good communicator.

• Experience with Microsoft systems and Databuild is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
