Collegians Rugby League Football Club is made up of four venues, all with fantastic food operations:

1. Collegians City

2. Collegians Balgownie

3. Red Dog on the Green at Figtree

4. Collegians Illawarra Leagues Club

We are looking for a positive, energetic Storeperson to join our busy food and beverage operations in a hands-on role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, checking, storing and distributing deliveries and stock throughout the Club,

• Maintaining clean, safe and organised storerooms, cool rooms and receiving areas,

• Rotating stock, monitoring dates and assisting with stocktakes and stock control,

• Liaising with suppliers, delivery drivers and Club staff,

• Following safe manual handling, Health & Safety and WH&S procedures, and

• Undertaking other reasonable duties as required.

As part of this role, you may also be required to undertake Kitchen Hand shifts from time to time depending on the operational needs of the Club.

Duties may include washing dishes and kitchen equipment, general cleaning, basic food preparation, putting away stock and assisting the kitchen team during busy periods.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be reliable, organised and enjoy hands-on work,

• Have good communication skills and work well as part of a team,

• Be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment,

• Be physically capable of manual handling, including lifting and standing for extended periods, and

• Be flexible with availability, including mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays, and willing to assist in other areas of the Club when required.

• Willing to work around our 4 venues as required

Experience in a similar role is desirable; however training will be provided to the right person.
