About the role
Join Meli's Care Services team and play a pivotal role in strengthening outcomes for children and young people in care.
As a senior practice leader, you'll help drive high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery, provide expert guidance to practitioners, and contribute to continuous improvement across our Targeted Care Packages program. This is an opportunity to combine direct practice with leadership, working collaboratively with carers, families, stakeholders and colleagues to create safe, stable and nurturing environments where children and young people can thrive.
