About the Role

We are seeking an honest and enthusiastic sales representative to join our branch in Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast.

We’re looking for a Solar Sales Representative who:

- Has experience within the Solar industry

- Enjoys building genuine rapport with our customers

- Has the ability to close deals without pressure tactics

- Understands that what you sell must actually be installable

- Takes pride in doing things properly, ensuring that what you sell is the best option for the customer and that all relevant information is effectively relayed to the office and installation team

- Represents First Choice Solar with honesty and integrity

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-home with qualified leads (no cold calling).

- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solar/battery solutions.

- Manage the sales process from inquiry to installation handover.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress.

- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Design and quote systems that suit the customers requirements.

- Ensure questions and enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.

- Fulfill sales target requirements.
