Chief People Officer (CPO)

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead its people strategy and be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. The CPO will be responsible for advising on culture, performance, and organizational change, and will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent attraction, capability development, retention, and workplace relations. This role is pivotal in building a high-performing, inclusive team and driving contemporary HR programs that support the organization's growth. As the CPO, you will play a strategic and hands-on leadership role, providing expert advice on all aspects of organizational performance and culture. Your remit will cover the design and delivery of people strategies, policies, and programs that foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability. You will also be a trusted advisor to the Board, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team, providing counsel on people and organizational management issues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, particularly in organizational and cultural change, and the ability to deliver innovative people solutions in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. The role requires a mentor and developer of a professional team, ensuring the organization's workforce capability needs are met and sustained.
