Our workshop team is passionate about developing the next generation of automotive professionals, providing apprentices with the support, training and real-world experience needed to build a successful long-term career in the industry.

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Technician to join our growing workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced technicians while gaining exposure to a diverse range of vehicles, from trusted Subaru and Honda models through to innovative electric and hybrid technology from BYD.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting technicians with vehicle servicing and repairs

• Learning diagnostic and fault-finding techniques

• Performing routine maintenance under supervision

• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment

• Following manufacturer standards and workshop procedures

• Participating in training and apprenticeship requirements

• Developing technical skills across multiple automotive brands

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry

• A strong desire to learn and develop technical skills

• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety

• The ability to work effectively within a team environment

• A current driver's licence or a willingness to obtain one

Previous automotive studies, work experience, or a strong mechanical interest will be highly regarded but are not essential.
