Customer Service Officer

We are partnering with a well-established national organisation in the offender monitoring and road safety compliance sector to find a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join their team.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

• Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services

• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner

• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure to meet deadlines

• A passion for providing a positive customer experience and a commitment to continuous improvement

• A national police check
