We have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Account Manager to join our dynamic, growing team based at our offices situated in the Southeast of Melbourne. In this newly created role you will be responsible for driving the growth of Milwaukee's Aftersales Service Solutions across warranty, repairs, spare parts, and product lifecycle services. Your focus will be to enhance customer experience, increase service adoption, and develop innovative solutions that strengthen customer loyalty while growing service-led revenue which will strengthen Milwaukee's position as a long-term service partner. Reporting to the Business Development Manager of Aftersales your day to day will include:
Develop and maintain a strategic service engagement framework for key accountsDrive improvements in key service outcomes across strategic accounts by optimising service repair performance, turnaround times, and overall service deliveryBuild and strengthen strategic relationships across B2B, B2C, and B2R channels, including close alignment with the Job Site Solutions (JSS) networkCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Service Centres, Customer Service, BDMs, JSS teams, and distribution partners to drive aligned outcomesLeverage insights from Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Distribution Partner programs and complete reporting requirements, clearly communicating network performance.Drive adoption of Aftersales offerings, including warranty optimisation, service repairs, preventative maintenance, and calibration services and deliver revenue growth.Ensure all accounts adhere to service processes and compliance requirements and act as the primary Aftersales contact for strategic accounts and the JSS network.Represent Milwaukee by participating in sales events, industry meetings, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presenceTravel across multiple states is required to support strategic accounts, service operations, and stakeholder engagement.
About YOU
Ideally you will have a proven background in a similar strategic Account Management role within a B2B environment. You are seeking a new and exciting challenge where you can make an impact and lead initiatives that will grow and shape the future of Milwaukee's Aftersales Service Solutions business.In addition, you will have the following attributes to be successful in this role:
Strong understanding of Aftersales service models, including warranty, repairs, and service lifecycle managementUnderstanding of commercial drivers within service environments including margin improvementFamiliarity with customer experience principles and service performance metrics/SLAsKnowledge of service operations processes, including quoting, approvals, logistics, and repair workflowsConfident communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationshipsCustomer-centric with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement
